Happy November! This What I Wore for October is jam packed with quite a few new buys because it was a busy month and I was on a shopping kick (much to my husband’s dismay). ? Some items were definitely on repeat, like my AG Jeans (on sale!) and my Jslides sneakers but overall, I tried to include only the outfits that had a new item. The month had it’s usual gym days, nights out and a dress up night, too. What I didn’t have – too many cold days again but I did finally get the chance to break out a new sweater at the end of the month. FINALLY!
In any case, off we go…..
The month started off with warm temps that continued throughout a lot of the month. So, it was a great excuse to get a bit more use out of some tank tops
This was a laid back Saturday. Took my daughter to a dance class and kids to get pumpkins. No, it wasn’t very “farm like” but it was a warm day and my “farm” clothes all involve long sleeves or booties. Next year, maybe?!
Still a warm day, but cloudier so felt like it wsa the perfect time to break out t his tee. I got this tee during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale so the color is no longer available but you can find it in white and black. I may actually consider getting the white, too! It is very comfortable and I like the ruffled sleeve. Anything to add to an update to a plain tee is good with me.

Outfit #4 – B
Got a new tank and top to wear to the gym. The tank is an old stand by from Lululemon that I finally bought because I liked the grayish black. The top I put over it is comfy and fun with big side slits and is hi low. It can definitely be worn for a casual day because it is not a specific gym material.
So I laugh because the day I wore this outfit I intended to go to the gym (not in the shoes pictured of course!). It was right after we got back from Charlottesville and I had missed my usual Monday day at the gym. And while I felt like I had errands to catch up on I was going to squeeze in a workout. Well, guess what? The gym had no power so changed my shoes and did my errands. ? And snapped a pic. Lol.
My husband and I were lucky enough to get away for a day and night and went to Charlottesville, VA since it’s only a few hours drive from us. The weather we got that day was beautiful! I did have a sweater with me that I wore to start the day but it warmed up enough to ditch it.
Casual 50th birthday party at someone’s house. Wasn’t quite sure what to wear but this seemed like a good middle ground of casual (low heel) and dressier.
Party at the Country Club (that sounds so pretentious but that’s what it was, lol). I went for the rented dress because we had another dress up event the following weekend and was getting bored with my dresses. Renting is easy and fun! I did a post about Rent the Runway this past Spring that you can find here.
Date night again
